Indeed, there are. Each passenger can bring along one small bag or backpack not exceeding 50x35x20cm. If you need more space, you can also Add On an additional piece of luggage, as long as it no more than 23kg. Just remember, we're a boat, not a pirate ship, so don't go overboard with your packing!

We suggest deck-friendly attire for the prevailing weather and sea conditions. Depending on the tide, you might have to make a splash when disembarking. Don't forget sunscreen and a hat, because while we love a sunburnt sailor tale, we don't want you to be the protagonist!

If you're coming from Uluwatu, you'll need to pay the entrance fee. Foreign adults must pay Rp 15,000 as entrance fees.

No, currently, we're only offering one-way and roundtrip tickets (non-refundable). It's 150K per person / per trip, regardless of age. But remember, the sea is free, and the memories are priceless!

Tickets can only be purchased via our website.

Once you've made your payment, you'll receive an email faster than a cannonball with your tickets in PDF and Apple Wallet formats. All you need to do is show the tickets from your device when boarding. It's that easy!

CANCELLATION POLICY

All tickets are non-refundable. Be sure of your date and destination before you book - it's not like asking the wind to change direction!

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds or changes. So double check before you purchase your tickets.

At GrabaBoat we'll make every effort to keep our voyages on schedule. But if the sea decides to throw a tantrum, we may have to cancel or delay trips. If this happens, we'll let you know ASAP and issue a voucher valid for 12 months from the original departure date. Think of it as a rain check from the sea!
