We warmly welcome you to Grab A Boat®, your reliable ticket platform for boat voyages across Indonesia. Our terms and conditions, listed below, apply to all ticket purchases made via our website.
Any tickets procured through GrabABoat.com are non-refundable and will incur a 10% tax. It's important to note that the prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior warning.
GrabABoat.com holds the authority to cancel voyages owing to excessive demand or inclement weather. In such scenarios, customers will be issued a voucher valid for 12 months from the original ticket departure date.
The administration of GrabABoat ticket sales is handled by PT Bali Boating Company, based in Indonesia.

While Grababoat.com endeavors to conduct all trips as planned, we reserve the right to cancel or delay trips due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are allowed to bring a small personal bag or backpack on board the boat. Any additional piece of luggage must be added as an Add On. Grababoat.com does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged luggage.
Customers are permitted to bring their own snacks and drinks, but please note that glass bottles or containers are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited on board the boat.
Pets are permitted on board the boat.
Customers are required to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while on board the boat.
Grababoat.com values the input of our customers. Please contact us with any complaints or suggestions regarding our service, and we will address them as promptly as possible.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during our services. Unaccompanied children under the age of 12 will not be permitted to board.
Customers are responsible for their conduct while on board our vessels. If a customer is found to be disrupting the peace, behaving inappropriately, or under the influence of alcohol or substances to an extent that may pose a risk to themselves or others, GrabABoat.com reserves the right to deny them entry to the boat or remove them if necessary.
